Etna Neighborhood Association

In 1989, a group of concerned citizens began meeting to explore ways in which they could enhance and enrich the life of our community. From these beginnings, the Etna Neighborhood Association was formed and eventually incorporated in 1991. In the years since its existence, the Association has made some significant accomplishments in showing the pride and enthusiasm we share for our neighborhood.

The highlight of the year is what has come to be known as the Etna Community Day, celebrated on a Saturday in August at the community playground and swimming pool. Games and activities for all ages, entertainment, food, free swimming, and good neighborly fellowship are the focus of the day. Each year it has grown in interest and popularity and has become a grand time to celebrate our community spirit.

The Etna Neighborhood Association meets the 4th Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building at 437 Butler Street, for a time of informal sharing of ideas and planning new activities. You are most warmly invited to attend our meetings to learn more about our community and become an important part of helping to make "Everything Nice About Etna" even nicer!
