As part of Public Art and Communities, artist Jason McKoy is collaborating with Etna Community Organization and Sharpsburg Neighborhood Organization on a temporary public art project. To celebrate the official launch of the We Are Windows art installation in Sharpsburg and Etna, ECO will be hosting the first ever interborough Scavenger Hunt.
